SOANYWAY Threadery wants you to love what you ordered. Because our products are made-to-order (printed after you purchase), we handle returns a bit differently than big-box retail.

Returns & exchanges 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Color/style preference changes

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Normal wear/tear after use

Why: each item is produced specifically for your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the issue (and packaging damage if applicable)

Resolution options (our choice depending on the issue):

  • Free replacement, or

  • Refund to the original payment method

Order changes & cancellations

We begin processing quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

  • If production has not started, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • If the order is already in production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund timing

If approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: typically 3–10 business days after approval

  • Your bank/card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to our error (wrong/defective/damaged item).

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, contact the carrier first (and check with neighbors/building staff). If you still need help, email us and we’ll assist.

EU/EEA/UK consumer notice (right of withdrawal)

If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days for certain purchases. However, made-to-order/customized goods are commonly exempt from withdrawal rights. If you believe your order qualifies, contact us and we’ll review based on your location’s requirements.
