These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of soanywaythreads.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. By visiting or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

SOANYWAY Threadery may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted.

2) Eligibility & acceptable use

3) Products, made-to-order production & availability

Many of our items are made-to-order, meaning production starts after purchase.

  • We may modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of products at any time.

  • Product colors may vary due to screen settings and lighting.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or errors.

4) Pricing, promotions & errors

All prices are shown on the Site and may change without notice.

  • Promotions, discount codes, and free-shipping offers may have eligibility requirements and can be modified or ended at any time.

  • We work hard to keep product information accurate, but mistakes can happen. If we discover an error in pricing, availability, or product description, we may correct it and/or cancel the order and refund you.

5) Orders, billing & payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • you are authorized to use the payment method provided,

  • the information you provide is accurate and complete,

  • you will pay all charges incurred, including shipping and applicable taxes.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.

6) Shipping, delivery & risk of loss

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

7) Returns, refunds & exchanges

Because items are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns/exchanges for wrong size or buyer’s remorse.

We will address damaged, defective, or incorrect items as described in our Refund Policy.

8) Intellectual property

All content on this Site—including designs, graphics, logos, product names, and text—is owned by or licensed to SOANYWAY Threadery and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

9) User content (reviews, comments, submissions)

If you submit content (e.g., reviews, photos, comments), you represent that:

  • you own it or have permission to post it,

  • it does not infringe third-party rights or include illegal/harmful material.

By submitting content, you grant SOANYWAY Threadery a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display it for marketing and operational purposes (unless prohibited by law).

We may remove content at our discretion.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, any legal action must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16) Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SOANYWAY Threadery regarding your use of the Site.
