This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered when you purchase from soanywaythreads.com.

Made-to-order production (processing time)

Most SOANYWAY Threadery items are made-to-order, meaning we begin production after you place your order. 

Our Products are Small Batch / Eco-Friendly / Printed Just For You!

  • Production time: typically 2–5 business days

  • During high-volume seasons (holidays, major promos), production may take longer.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Item count/weight

  • Selected shipping method

Any free-shipping promotions (when offered) will be shown automatically at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after production)

Delivery time depends on your shipping address and carrier performance.

Typical transit estimates:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, customs, and peak seasons can affect delivery.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (when available). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Address accuracy (important)

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect/incomplete address,

  • failed delivery attempts, or

  • refusal,

you may be responsible for reshipping costs. If you prefer a refund instead, we can refund the item price minus shipping/handling and any return fees (where applicable).

Changes or cancellations

We start processing quickly.

  • If you need to change an address or cancel an order, contact us ASAP.

  • If your order is already in production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Multiple items / split shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production location and availability. If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking emails.

International shipping, duties & taxes

For international orders:

  • The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country.

  • Customs processing can add additional delivery time.

Lost, delayed, or marked “delivered”

  • Delayed: If tracking shows the package is moving but delayed, we recommend allowing a few extra business days (carriers often recover).

  • Marked “delivered” but not received: Check with household members/neighbors, building staff, and around your property. Then contact the carrier. If you still can’t locate it, email us and we’ll help review next steps.

Damaged packages or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  • Email us within 14 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (and packaging damage if relevant)

We’ll review and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
